Where Compassion Meets Sustainability

Our goal is to help pet families in Colorado stay together. At the same time, we are committed to sustainability efforts, diverting millions of pounds of pet food and supplies away from landfills each year, giving new purpose to products that would otherwise go to waste.

This year, we hosted several large-scale pet supply distribution events in an effort to assist pet owners with more than food. When we have an abundance of pet supplies, we direct them to animal rescues and other nonprofits through our Animal Welfare Share Program. We are continuing that commitment and additionally assisting more pet food pantry clients with things like beds, collars, crates and leashes for their best friends, so they can save on costs and increase their ability to care for their pets.

The relief given by Colorado Pet Pantry to pet owners is only possible because of donations made by people like you.

Roots & Reliability

Sustainability Affects Longevity: Putting down roots.

New Warehouse in Southeast Colorado!

We have a new home in Pueblo, serving the Southeastern region of the state. After years of shuffling through cramped storage units, we now have a warehouse to efficiently store pet food and supplies. We are working on acquiring a forklift and recently purchased a box truck to help elevate our service in this area. Now, when the supply exists, we can help even more families in need. This is a huge reason why our Fund-a-Fleet campaign is so critical.

Fund-A-Fleet

For 13 years, our faithful vehicles have carried pet food to distribute over 53 million meals to dogs and cats in need. Our aging fleet is no longer up to the task of supporting our growing transportation needs.

Help us complete our fleet!

TWO down, one to go! Thanks to a generous matching gift, we have purchased a box truck for Southeastern Colorado, and thanks to a generous donor, our Denver van has been funded!

We have an ambitious goal to fund one more van in 2026, to ‘complete the fleet’ and aid us in continuing to reliably deliver pet food and supplies across Colorado.

Will you help us?
